1. Eligibility & Qualified Purchasers

By placing an order, you represent that you are a legitimate researcher purchasing products exclusively for laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro research purposes.

You further acknowledge that you understand the research-only nature of the products being purchased and accept responsibility for their appropriate storage, handling, and use.

Zythex Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that a purchaser does not meet these requirements or intends to use a product inconsistently with its research-only designation.

2. Research Use Only

All products supplied by Zythex Labs are intended strictly for laboratory, analytical, and research purposes only.

Products are:

  • Not intended for human use or consumption.
  • Not intended for veterinary or animal use.
  • Not intended for administration to humans or animals.
  • Not intended for diagnostic purposes.
  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Not supplied for therapeutic or other non-research applications.

Products have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or veterinary use.

Purchase of a Zythex Labs product does not change its research-only designation.

3. No Medical Advice

Information provided through the Zythex Labs website, product pages, Certificates of Analysis, documentation, or other materials is provided in connection with laboratory and analytical research materials.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice, treatment advice, dosing guidance, administration instructions, or a recommendation for human or veterinary use.

Zythex Labs does not provide medical advice.

4. Purchaser Responsibility & Prohibited Uses

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that products are acquired, stored, handled, evaluated, and used appropriately for legitimate research purposes.

Products may not be used, marketed, promoted, recommended, or represented for:

  • Human consumption or administration
  • Veterinary consumption or administration
  • Diagnosis or treatment
  • Disease prevention
  • Therapeutic applications
  • Dosing or administration protocols
  • Bodybuilding, weight-loss, or other non-research applications

Any misuse of a product contrary to its research-only designation is the responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Orders, Availability & Pricing

Zythex Labs reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to decline, limit, cancel, or place quantity restrictions on orders at its discretion.

Product availability may change without notice.

Prices displayed on the website may also be changed from time to time. However, once an order has been successfully confirmed, the price shown and accepted during checkout for that confirmed order will be honored.

We reserve the right to correct genuine website, pricing, availability, or product-information errors when identified.

6. Shipping & Transfer of Responsibility

Orders are processed and shipped according to the applicable Zythex Labs Shipping & Handling Policy.

Once a package has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the purchaser, subject to applicable law and any shipping-protection coverage purchased with the order.

Claims involving lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise affected shipments are handled according to our applicable Shipping & Handling and Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

7. Resale & Distribution

Purchasing products from Zythex Labs does not automatically authorize a purchaser to act as a Zythex Labs reseller, distributor, dealer, representative, or affiliate.

Commercial resale or redistribution may require prior written authorization from Zythex Labs.

No individual or business may represent itself as an authorized Zythex Labs reseller or distributor without our express written approval.

Any authorized resale or distribution must maintain the products’ Research Use Only designation.

Resellers may not add dosing instructions, administration guidance, therapeutic claims, bodybuilding or weight-loss claims, or other representations inconsistent with the research-only designation of Zythex Labs products.

8. Product Integrity, Relabeling & Traceability

Authorized resellers and purchasers may not alter or misrepresent the identity or traceability of Zythex Labs products.

Unless expressly authorized by Zythex Labs in writing, products may not be:

  • Relabeled or repackaged as Zythex Labs products
  • Assigned altered Zythex Labs lot or batch numbers
  • Accompanied by altered, misleading, or falsified Certificates of Analysis
  • Marketed using modified information that misrepresents the material
  • Falsely represented as manufactured, tested, or certified by Zythex Labs

Zythex Labs cannot guarantee product integrity after materials have been improperly stored, repackaged, modified, transferred, or otherwise handled outside our control.

9. Storage & Chain of Custody

After delivery, purchasers and authorized resellers are responsible for maintaining appropriate storage, handling, documentation, and chain-of-custody practices for the products in their possession.

Improper storage, handling, repackaging, modification, or transfer may affect product integrity and may affect eligibility for refunds, replacements, or other remedies under applicable Zythex Labs policies.

10. Certificates of Analysis & Limited Warranty

Zythex Labs products are supplied as-is.

Our limited product assurance is that the applicable product materially corresponds with its Certificate of Analysis for the relevant lot at the time of shipping.

Except for this limited assurance and except where otherwise required by applicable law, Zythex Labs makes no additional warranties regarding its products.

Certificate of Analysis discrepancy claims are handled according to our Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content and materials appearing on the Zythex Labs website are owned by or licensed to Zythex Labs.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Website copy
  • Product descriptions and information
  • Product photography and images
  • Logos and branding
  • Graphics
  • Documentation
  • Certificates and supporting materials
  • Trademarks and other brand assets

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, republished, modified, or commercially used without prior authorization from Zythex Labs, except where permitted by applicable law.

12. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing products from Zythex Labs, the purchaser acknowledges the specialized research nature of the materials and assumes responsibility for their proper storage, handling, evaluation, and lawful research use.

The purchaser assumes responsibility for consequences resulting from misuse, unauthorized use, improper storage, improper handling, modification, repackaging, or use inconsistent with the product’s research-only designation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zythex Labs will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or downstream damages arising from the purchase, possession, handling, storage, misuse, or unauthorized use of its products.

Where liability legally applies, Zythex Labs’ aggregate liability relating to a particular order will be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for that order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Compliance With Applicable Laws

Purchasers, resellers, and distributors are independently responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and other laws and regulations governing their activities.

Any authorization provided by Zythex Labs to resell or distribute products does not constitute regulatory approval or a representation that resale or distribution is lawful in every jurisdiction.

Zythex Labs reserves the right to restrict future purchases, refuse service, cancel reseller privileges, or terminate an authorized reseller relationship when its policies are violated, subject to applicable law.

15. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged shipments, incorrect orders, Certificate of Analysis discrepancies, and replacement requests are governed by the separate Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy available on this website.

Due to research-material integrity and chain-of-custody considerations, conventional returns may not be available after delivery except under the qualifying circumstances described in that policy.

16. Billing Descriptor

For transparency and to help customers recognize their transaction, charges associated with purchases from Zythex Labs will appear on the customer’s card or bank statement as:
